If our software causes a calculation error resulting in IRS penalties, we'll reimburse up to $100,000.

Maximum Refund Guarantee

We guarantee your maximum refund when using TaxAid compared to filing manually.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account anytime by contacting support.
